How Timberlinx Works
Timberlinx is a connection tube, inserted equally in both members of the joint and linked by two expanding cross pins. Preserve the appearance of traditional joints at a fraction of the cost.
- Easily installed using only a half inch electric drill and guide
- Completely embedded
- Readily tightened at installation or later
- Can be inserted into joint already together
- Appears similar to mortise and tenon joint when plugged
- Stronger than mortise and tenon
- Fastest, most cost-effective timber joining system in existance
"THE TIMBERLINX PRODUCT LINE IS VERSATILE AND THE CONNECTORS ARE EASY TO INSTALL."

- Predictable failure modes
- Less material removed to produce joint
- 4 way joinery connection possible now
- Can use smaller timbers in some cases
- Maintains traditional appearance
- Can be tightened at and after installation
- Expansion pins put joint in tension
- Pipe itself has shear value
- Fast, reliable, versatile, and easy to install
